I'm subletting my peaceful waterfront studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn because I need to be in Los Angeles for work.

One Blue Slip is a luxury high-rise elevator building on a cul-de-sac on the Hudson River with a direct view of the New York City skyline, including the Empire State Building. It's clean and very quiet. I'm looking for a quiet, respectful person or couple who will treat the space like their own, and take care of it through the winter.

Greenpoint is my favorite neighborhood in Brooklyn, and you'd be walking distance to the best coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and everything the neighborhood has to offer.

The apartment is very clean and minimalist with a queen Casper mattress (purchased Oct 2024), writing desk, Apple monitor, and two Togo sofas. That selfie it's the only photo I have of the bathroom - It has a full bathtub / rain shower. All appliances in the apartment are very modern. If you want more photos of the kitchen or bathroom just let me know and I can send them when I get back from London.

In terms of the duration, I can be flexible depending on your situation, but my preference would be the full timeframe, or 1 month minimum.

The rental price is set by the building, and includes all utilities.
