I’m looking to sublet my spacious furnished studio apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn from end of December 2025 to April 2026. I’m somewhat flexible on the dates (especially towards the end of the period). Single occupant only. Utilities not included.

- New luxury building (I’m the first person to live in this unit and I moved in 3 years ago)
- Overlooking Transmitter Park and the East River, with skyline views of Manhattan (Empire State Building, One WTC, Williamsburg Bridge, etc.) and beautiful sunsets
- Great restaurants, bars, cafes only steps away
- Full kitchen, standing desk + monitor, dishwasher, central AC/heating
- Building amenities include laundry room, workspaces, gym, rooftop with BBQ
- No pets, no smokers
