I will be away from 10/26 to 11/10 and can share my apartment in the UES, Yorkville, for 14 days.
This one-bedroom unit is on the ground floor on a clean and lively tree-lined street. It has 12 ft high ceiling, original art deco details (molding, sconces, sinks). All rooms have windows, including the bathroom (another prewar fine detail). The apartment is clean, uncluttered, serene, comfortable and spacious for one.
It its 4 blocks from Schultz Park and Grace Mansion; 5 blocks from Central Park, Met Museum, Museum Mile.
The building has security cameras and digital video intercom (no doorman, live in super).
The bedroom is ample and has north-facing two windows, a queen bed with 15" new mattress, bath with bathtub, living room (two windows), eat-in kitchen, laundry in basement, TV in bedroom, desks and writing space, ideal for remote work or to wander outdoors in NYC. Cozy in winter (heat). Summer: AC in living-room and ceiling fans in kitchen and bedroom.
Closet space available.
No pets live in the apartment. This is a non-smoking unit/building.

Transportation and 'hood: 1 ½ block to Q train, 3 blocks to 4, 5, 6. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife around, but not on this block, so it is silent at night time. There is a church across the street, citi bikes nearby, etc. The street area is mostly quiet and peaceful.

*No parties can be held at the department, as it is a coop with noise regulations.
