I am an independent arts and culture writer and curator. I travel for work and will be on sabbatical for at least 1 month - likely more.

This space is shared with one other person. He is a queer personal trainer who works across several elite fitness studios in NYC. He leaves home early in the morning for classes, returns to sleep on the afternoon, and then leaves again in the late afternoon before returning in the evening.

Together we both live a very quiet and chill life. No parties, no overnight guests, no loud music. We respect each other’s space totally and completely and mostly keep to ourselves with moments of chatting here and there, but for the most part we have different schedules and only see each other in passing. I'd like someone to sublet who lives a similar lifestyle. Independent, quiet, chill, and respectful of space and sharing space with another person.
