Massive 1 BR near Prospect Park - clean, quiet, peaceful

Rooms for Rent

$2,200/month

Available

May 1, 2026 - May 31, 2026

Neighborhood

Crown Heights, Brooklyn

Transportation

A,C,2,3,4,5,S

Size

1,400 sq. ft.

Huge, fully-furnished apartment available regularly.

I travel frequently, so in addition to the May rental, I am open to multiple or ongoing short-term leases (Feb 21-March 2, March 28-April 2, etc.).

The room has a full-size bed and basic furniture (nightstand, dresser, lamp, bookshelf). It also has a walk-in closet that I currently have stuff in, but if needed, I could move the stuff out.

It's a newly-renovated apartment on the ground floor of a building with an elevator and roof access (great view of Brooklyn and Manhattan!) It's right on the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights. You can hear the train in the distance (it's the S train so it's short and infrequent), but other than that, it's EXTREMELY quiet and peaceful.

No smoking inside or pets (sorry!). Vegetarians preferred.

I don't have my May flight yet, so could potentially add on a few extra days on either end. In general, my travel schedule is very flexible with advance notice.
