Sublet our beautiful and very spacious two floor apartment on a gorgeous, quiet, tree-lined street right on the Bed Stuy/ Clinton Hill border.

The apartment is the parlor and garden level of a brownstone. Our unit has a private entrance. It's a flex two bedroom/ 1 bathroom.

The first bedroom is upstairs and massive. It faces the back of the building so it's very quiet. We're currently using the second bedroom downstairs as a dining room/ living space, but the blue couch is a Rove Concepts sleeper that pulls out to be a queen sized bed. We put a mattress topper on it when guests stay and it becomes a proper queen sized bed. Dining table can be removed too.

Massive eat in kitchen.

Private backyard. In unit laundry and dishwasher. Utilities included in rent. Pets considered on a case by case basis.

Great coffee shops, bakeries, and wine bars all within walking distance.
