I'll be renting out my apartment while I'm out of town for the rest of summer.

The apartment is half a block from Herbert Von King park and convenient to many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood: Macosa Trattoria, Dan's Good Time Tavern, Paul's, Dynaco, Do or Dive, Playground Coffee and Lincoln Market for groceries.

The apartment self spans the ground level floor as well as the parlor level so you will have tons of space to spread out.

Downstairs features an 8-person dining table, library, guest bathroom and massive kitchen, great for entertaining.

There is also a queen sized blow-up mattress for guests (I often use the dining room as a 2nd bedroom when guests stay over).

The backyard is private to the apartment and you're welcome to use the grill and entertain.

You also have a laundry room with washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

Upstairs you have the bedroom, primary bathroom and living room which features higher ceilings and lets in tons of light. In the living room I have a huge TV with a great sound system for watching movies on the super comfy Restoration Hardware cloud couch.

The primary bathroom features a giant claw-foot club.

And the stoop is great in the AM to have your coffee and people watch.

It's an old building so there is no central AC. I have a window unit in the kitchen as well as the kitchen and fans to use in the living room and dining room.

Unfortunately because of the stairs this apartment is not accessible to wheelchairs.
