I'll be renting out my apartment while traveling.

The apartment spans two floors: ground level and parlor level.

Downstairs features a dining room with 8-person dining table, library, guest bathroom, massive kitchen, laundry room and backyard with grilling, dining and lounging area.

Downstairs there is also a queen sized blow-up mattress for other guests (I use the dining room as a 2nd bedroom when guests stay over).

Upstairs you have the bedroom, primary bathroom with claw-foot tub and living room which features high ceilings and tons of light. In the living room I have a huge TV with a great sound system for watching movies on comfy RH cloud couch. There's also a desk with monitor in the TV room.

Unfortunately because of the stairs this apartment is not accessible to wheelchairs.
