I'll be renting out my apartment while traveling.

The apt is half a block from Herbert Von King park and convenient to many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood: Macosa Trattoria, Dan's Good Time Tavern, Paul's, Dynaco, Do or Dive, Playground Coffee and Lincoln Market for groceries.

The apartment spans two floors: ground level and parlor level.

Downstairs features a dining room with 8-person dining table, library, guest bathroom, massive kitchen, laundry room and backyard with grilling, dining and lounging area.

Downstairs there is also a queen sized blow-up mattress for other guests (I use the dining room as a 2nd bedroom when guests stay over).

Upstairs you have the bedroom, primary bathroom with claw-foot tub and living room which features high ceilings and tons of light. In the living room I have a huge TV with a great sound system for watching movies on comfy RH cloud couch. There's also a desk with monitor in the TV room.

The stoop is great for coffee drinking and people watching.

Should be noted this is an older building so there's no central AC. However, there are window units downstairs and upstairs and fans as well.

Unfortunately because of the stairs this apartment is not accessible to wheelchairs.
