We love this unique gem in the center of Greenpoint. It is our favorite area in NY, and the duplex is close to everything you need: supermarket, multiple restaurants and bars, the river (and the ferry), shops, parks...

But you won't even need to go out because it has a large wonderful garden with an outdoor table, umbrella, hammock, sofa and chairs, also a plastic pool!

We do also have washing machine and dryer at home. This is our family home and we will rent just during summer to someone thoughtful.

We are considering to rent it July, August or both months. Available from June 27

I am a writer and my husband is a designer. We live in the house with our two toddlers, so the house is plenty of toys for kids, if interested :)
