This is a 1250sq foot open loft by the Brooklyn Navy Yard in Clinton Hill. The apartment has three big closets plus a pantry in the kitchen. Kitchen has a dishwasher and a new stove. Living area has a big ceiling fan.

The open layout makes this a really fun place to live. We've loved changing up the apartment layout. There's plenty of room for creative work, WFH and social gatherings.

The building is full of interesting and creative people, many of whom have lived there for 15+ years. Lots of designers, artists, photographers, etc.

The location can't be beat. The building is on the same block as Il Porto (incredible pizza), Grapeshot wines, Brooklyn Coffee Roasters and you even have a private entrance to Le Petit Monstre, an excellent vegan bakery. Groceries, pharmacy, vets and doggy daycare are a short walk away.

If you have a car, there's mostly easy street parking. If you want a guaranteed spot, the garage in the building charges $375/month.

About This Lister

My partner and I are buying an apartment and looking for someone to move into our beloved loft. We've lived here for just over 2 years.

The new tenants would start a new lease with the management company. The management company prefers to start leases on the first of the month (9/1) but we can work out an early move-in since we expect to be moving out before 8/15.

We'll be showing the apartment and connecting qualified candidates to the management company.

Upfront Costs:
- $20 Application Fee (per applicant)
- One Month's Rent
- Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent)
- One-Time Pet Fee ($500 - only if applicable)
- Refundable $1,000 move-in/out deposit for any self-move, none for moving company

Pets Policy

This is a very pet friendly building! Pets must be vaccinated and registered with NYC. There is a one-time pet fee of $500.
