Rooms for Rent
We have a room opening at the Peach, a beautiful shared brownstone in Prospect Heights.
The house spans 3 floors of a brownstone with a living room, open space (great for yoga or dancing), and kitchen/dining room on the first floor. Outback is a deck with a grill and access to a lush yard. The building itself is over 120 years old, and was lovingly restored by our landlords in the 70s. They live in the basement unit and we have a wonderful relationship with them.
The available room comes with a working sink and walk-in closet space, and shares a bathroom with one other roommate on the floor.
We like hanging out together! Our household enjoys hosting parties and events, little excursions, and a structured weekly check-in where we share what's going on in our lives and address the logistical needs of sharing a space. We welcome guests and the occasional subletter if one of us has plans to be out of town for an extended stay.

C - cinematographer from texas, also a big dancing enthusiast, secretly random huge science nerd
A - ALSO LOVES dancing (i guess there's a theme), works on some mindblowing art projections and is 3D printing for fun

Pets Policy
we are technically allowed 1 dog on the lease! (no cats sorry) — while we love when our friends' dogs visit, we know that living with an animal is a really big commitment. while we would certainly be open to meeting your pup, we also acknowledge that getting an enthusiastic yes from all current housemates may be a challenge :)
