I’m looking for a roommate to share an amazing apartment in the Silverlake area. The place comes with parking, a balcony, and on-site laundry.

The available room is the primary bedroom, starting September 15th (with some flexibility on the move-in date as late as October 1st).

It’s in a great location. - within walking distance of Trader Joe’s, the Silverlake Reservoir, and Griffith Park.

Rent is $1800 + utilities.

I’m looking for a kind, easygoing person to share the space with. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
