Hi! I currently live in a three bedroom two bath apt in Bushwick with one other person, who is moving out. Price is semi-negotiable, as we can discuss having a third roommate or keeping it as a flex room for visitors or an office space.

$1900 - both rooms for yourself
$1700 - the primary / master + your own bathroom, with the third as a guest room
$1200 - just one of the rooms (primary would be slightly more)

I've got the smallest room (on one end), and the other two are pictured here, in the back end of the apartment (master is 13x10.5 with two tall windows, a closet, and above closet storage). 2nd floor walk up, no pets allowed. Apt is near Mil Mundos bookstore and a 5 min walk from Myrtle Wycoff. Laundry at both ends of the block. Guest room right now is furnished, but we can talk about you taking the bed to the primary. Move-in date is Oct 31st (slightly flexible) with the lease through July, potential to re-sign. Everything except the master bedroom will be furnished, but we can chat about you taking that bed!

I've lived in so many different nyc apartments and this one by far has felt most like home (been here for two years). Landlord parent's live downstairs, thus he's always been SO responsive. The tall ceilings and natural light are fire. This is a home, and I would like to keep it that way (hope you like plants!!). Keeping the common areas clean is a MUST.
