Dec 1st – March/April/May:

Subletting my primary bedroom (full-size Purple brand bed) in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.

Full ensuite bathroom, full kitchen (with a dishwasher) and in-apartment laundry with abundant natural night and a balcony over looking the building’s private outdoor space.

My room has a standing desk with a 2nd monitor (Mac), old school VHS TV (with Disney movies you can watch), printer, closet space, and storage room for your shoes.

If you move in on November 24th, you can have the rest of November free – but you must pay December upfront. Likely extend to after March/April/May.

The building has a doorman, extra coin laundry (if needed), mail room, outdoor space, and gym. Close to 2 C-line trains, several buses, and a Citi bike dock right across the street.

The price includes wifi, utilities, and monthly maid-service for the ensuite bathroom.

You’ll be living with my roommate. She’s friendly, and generally keeps to herself. She has a Calico cat named Zara.

My name is Debbie. I am going home for an extended period of time and want to share my amazing room with someone who will appreciate it and keep it clean. My room makes it easy to be a home body, so I often watch YouTube on my second monitor or Disney VHS movies. Between my roommate and I, I'm the one who cooks the most. We have a full kitchen so it make it easy. We occasionally watch something on the projector screen in the living room.

Aside from that, we both keep to ourselves. Usually in our rooms having phone calls or work meetings.

I'm looking for someone who is good at leaving things how they found them. You don't have to be a neatfreak, but tidy enough and considerate of others. My roommate and I try to keep our "messes" confined to our rooms out of respect of one another.
