My name is Stephanie and I’m from Chicago (the actual city of Chicago—not the suburbs). I run a small arts foundation, I work with other larger artist endowed foundations, and I also work in film. I’m moving back to New York this summer to pursue my master’s degree. I’m hoping to find an apartment/room in Lower Manhattan, preferably within walking distance of Washington Square Park. My preferred move-in date is August 1st. I will be shipping my boxes of vintage clothes and my book collection to the apartment ahead of my move, so hopefully the apartment has a washer/dryer in unit as well as ample space for books and clothes.

I do not smoke and I am allergic to dogs and cats (this is the tragedy of my life because I love animals), so a no smoking and no pets home would be preferable. I would love to have a Facetime chat with any potential roommates or sublessors and would be able to schedule time to tour the apartment in person as well.
