Weekend Retreat: Flower Moon Reset + Gentle Movement
This early May weekend unfolds under the Flower Moon—a time of Spring blossoming, when something within us also begins to open.
We’ll step away from the pace of daily life and settle into a slower rhythm together. Beginning Friday evening with a simple Full Moon gathering, we’ll sit in reflection and gentle ritual, attuning to the night and to ourselves.
Over the weekend, we’ll explore fluid, meditative movement, breath, and stillness—practices that help release tension, restore balance, and reconnect you with your body’s natural intelligence. You’ll be introduced to qigong (mindful movement and breathwork), offered in an accessible, grounded way.
No experience is needed.
You may leave feeling more spacious, more rooted, and quietly renewed—like something has had the chance to breathe again.
Location: About 1 hour by car from NYC (2 hours by bus). Several of us will take the bus together and ride to Stony Point...
Shared room: $675
Single room: $875
I’m a New York–based artist and teacher of qigong and meditation. My work weaves together creativity, imagery, and embodied practice—offering gentle ways to reconnect with the body, release what’s held, and return to a more natural sense of balance. I teach group classes and offer one-to-one mentoring and healing sessions, creating spaces where people can slow down, listen inward, and gently shift long-held patterns.
My work is shaped by many years of study and lived practice, including time as a Senior Instructor in Mantak Chia’s Universal Healing Tao and a Master’s degree in Medical Qigong Therapy. Along the way, I’ve trained in Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), Ancestral Lineage Healing, and Heart-Centered Coaching, as well as a range of qigong forms and earth-based, animist ritual traditions—threads that continue to inform and deepen the work I share.
