I'm Ali, a graduate student at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business completing a summer internship in New York from June 10 to August 15.

I'm a quiet, tidy, and respectful tenant. I'll be working full-time during the week and am looking for a comfortable, well-kept home base for the summer. I have no pets, not a smoker, and not looking to host any parties.

I'm happy to provide proof of income, a government-issued ID, and references upon request.

Would prefer areas in Manhattan. UES, Midtown, LES, Chelsea. Any area that has easy access to 51/Lex office.

Would prefer (but non binding) a W/D in building or unit. Preferable an AC unit/central AC.
