Hello there! This is a huge duplex loft-style apartment available in the heart of Roma Norte. It is conveniently surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks but also situated in the center of the block, which keeps it quiet and peaceful all day and night long. The building includes 24hr security and my apartment has a large outdoor patio, washer/dryer, high quality projector, a well stocked kitchen and a hot shower with great pressure.

The bedroom fits a full sized bed, has built in shelving and a small balcony overlooking the inner patio. There is additional closet space in the hallway.
