The apartment is in a large gated complex - a 2 story garden apt -1 bathroom- w/ a terrace in the front. It sits on a lovely quiet courtyard. There is both a front entry and a courtyard entry.

Upstairs is a large bedroom - I've got a queen size bed and a small yoga area set up. I will clean ou the closet and the dresser for you so there will be space for your clothes. There is a second small bedroom that I use as an office - which I am thinking to leave my stuff in. If you need a separate office we can discuss. I've got a queen size air mattress for the occasional house guest. The bathroom is also upstairs.

Downstairs is the kitchen/dining/living room. There is an adjustable small table for a laptop as well as the dining room table. There is a large window which opens up to my front terrace and a shared courtyard.

There is central air - and a bonus of ceiling fans in both upstairs rooms and the living room. I’m not a fan of air conditioning so that’s a big plus for me.

I'm within walking distance of four major museums, LACMA, The Academy Museum, Peterson Car Museum and the Labrea Tar Pits, both Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and across from the LA Farmers Market and the Grove. There is a coffeeshop at the center of the complex - with a large lawn and fountain.

It's a great comfortable apartment and neighborhood.

Parking is a block away. Or on site with a daily pass.
