The fully-equipped open kitchen is fitted with all new appliances, including a French door fridge with beverage view, filtered water and ice maker, 6 burner gas range, drawer microwave tucked neatly inside the island cabinet, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Enjoy cooking up a storm in this beautifully functional chef's kitchen with full amenities.



The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with its own unique charm, including French doors, garden views and flat screen televisions. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sink and infinity shower. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed.

In addition to its stellar indoor comfort, the property features private outdoor areas for dining and entertaining complete with an imported Morrocan fountain, and an INFARED SAUNA for two with Bluetooth and color therapy. Relax amidst blooming Jasmine, fruit trees and Italian Cypress or simply lay in the roomy Brazilian hammock and enjoy the sunshine, butterflies and hummingbirds that visit daily.
