The space: truly gigantic apartment with a large common kitchen w/ dishwasher and a skylight, large living room with terrace, high vaulted ceilings, and a free parking lot. Whole third (top) floor. Great light and super quiet.

As you can see, the apt is not moved into yet, but I have all the normal kitchen equipment to share, plus basic furniture to live a wood dining table and chairs. living room furniture, a projector, plants, and i like having a lot of books around. You definitely wouldn’t have to do anything towards the shared space but you could if you wanted to ie I want it to feel like home for everyone.

Your space: for rent are two bedrooms within a 3 bed 2 bath apt. each $1k+utilities. Both rooms have a window and a closet. One has a better view and one is really big. But they are both respectably sized. These two rooms would share one bathroom, and my bedroom has its own.

You: Like/preferably love cats and could maybe even care for them on random weekend$, not racist/transphobic/ableist, conscientious, consistently contribute to keeping common areas clean and pleasant, good communicator — basically, I like people who are nice. no additional pets (sorry landlord rules).

No smoking inside (terrace!), guests are ok of course but always communicate about longer term/recurring things or having a party or something. This can all be relatively laid-back because there is plenty of space.

Available asap, but could possibly be flexible for the right fit. Month to month sublease agreement; also flexible.
