This quiet, sunny sanctuary will be yours exclusively from Sundays at 6:00 p.m. to Fridays at 6:00 p.m., and ours to enjoy on weekends. Treetop views, oversized windows, planted rooftop garden with in-your-face views of the empire State building. My wife and I are an older couple. We come to the city weekends to see family, and for opera, museums, and theater. We have had this arrangement with a succession of roommates literally for decades. We do not request a security deposit or fees, but do request an understanding that you would expect to stay in the apartment for at least a year.
