Hi! I'm looking for a female to sublet my room in Hell's Kitchen from June 18th-June 27th. 10 days. It's $80 per day, totaling $800 the entire stay. The apartment location is unbeatable:
• 12 min walk to Central Park
• 15 min walk to Bryant Park
• 6 min walk to Times Square

I have one female roommate who is very respectful and kind. Her room is on the other side of the apartment so you won't be interacting with her much.

It's a super neighborhood and public transport is incredibly convenient:
•E & C trains are right outside the building
•N, W, R trains are a 4-minute walk
•1 train is 5 minutes away.

The building features washers/ dryers in the basement and a doorman/security desk, which is super helpful. If you need to move in a bit earlier, just let me know-I'll do my best to coordinate.

About This Lister

A little about me: I work for a nonprofit helping high school students from underserved backgrounds. I'm usually home 2-3 days a week since I have a hybrid work schedule. I'm laid-back, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I love to cook (the kitchen gets a lot of use!) and occasionally host friends, but I'm always considerate of my roommate. I like working out, going to concerts, meeting up with friends, and going on walks!
