I’m looking for a female subletter for my room in Midtown Manhattan (Hell’s Kitchen) from October 7–13 (7 days, covering the Indigenous Peoples’ Day long weekend).

Rate: $83/day (total $581 for the full stay)

Minimum: 4-day stay (flexible within the dates)

Apartment location is unbeatable:
• 12 min walk to Central Park
• 15 min walk to Bryant Park
• 6 min walk to Times Square

I am happy to share a video of the entire apartment if you email me.

I have one female roommate who is very respectful and kind. Her room is on the other side of the apartment, so you likely won’t be interacting with her much. Ideally, we’d like for you to stop by in person to tour the place and meet beforehand, but we’re still open to those who aren’t able to visit in person.

It's a lively neighborhood with high foot traffic, and public transport is incredibly convenient:
•E & C trains are right outside the building
•N, W, R trains are a 4-minute walk
•1 train is 5 minutes away.

The building features washers/ dryers in the basement and a doorman/security desk, which is super helpful. If you need to move in a bit earlier, just let me know-I'll do my best to coordinate.

About This Lister

A little about me: I work for a nonprofit helping high school students from underserved backgrounds. I'm laid-back, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I love to cook (the kitchen gets a lot of use!) and occasionally host friends, but I'm always considerate of my roommate. I like working out, going to concerts, meeting up with friends, and going on walks!
