Hi! I have a sunny + spacious 1bdr/1bath furnished garden apartment in the lovely neighborhood of South Slope.
This space is ideal for couples, a solo getaway, or business travel. I am happy to host up to 2 guests per stay.
Conveniently located, you're minutes walk from the F+G+R subway lines + the Prospect+ Gowanus Expressways, placing Manhattan within a quick 20 minute train ride.
$1,300/week or $4,000 for the whole month, utilities included.

The rooms primary focus are the guest: comfort + convenience; private entrance two steps down from street + lower back garden accessible off the back bedroom for guests. We are present in the townhouse + do have two kiddos, so if you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the space for you. (It is very standard in NYC homes to share walls + spaces, + hear the occasional movements-with that we are considerate of when guests are using the space!).
