Pets Policy

1. Pet Ownership Guidelines
Maximum Number of Pets – Each apartment is permitted to have one (1) pet.
Weight Restriction – Pet must not exceed 50 pounds.
2. Restricted Breeds
The following breeds are not allowed within the building:
- Pit Bull Terriers / Staffordshire Terriers
- Rottweilers
- Doberman Pinschers
- Chows
- Presa Canarios
- Akitas
- Alaskan Malamutes
- Wolf-hybrids
3. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Animals
Service Animals – Fully-trained service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws. Documentation is required.
Emotional Support Animals – Residents requiring an ESA must provide appropriate documentation
to management.
4. General Responsibilities
• Residents are responsible for the care and control of their pets at all times.
• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in common areas.
• Residents must clean up after their pets immediately and dispose of waste in designated areas.
5. Additional Considerations
Noise complaints or disruptive behavior from pets may result in corrective action, including potential removal of the pet from the premises.
