The apartment is south facing and overlooks a quiet internal courtyard. The balcony is big and along with the living room gets sunlight all day (from 10 am to sunset)!! The light in the apartment is definitely the best part. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room & bedroom!
The apartment comes tastefully decorated, most furniture is available for sale (couch, queen bed, memory foam mattress, dressers, desk, table and chairs, kitchenware, bookshelves, plants, pull-down projector screen). You can just move right in :) Priority given to those willing to take over our furniture.
We are a couple that moved to New York three years ago and have made this rental apartment our cozy home. We loved our space and took good care to make it an oasis in the city. We will be leaving this apartment for personal reasons and are excited to hand it off to the next tenants.
