I'm Tom, a 36 y/o Brooklynite, snowboarder, marketing professional, dog lover, who has been in Brooklyn for over 10 years.

I am the owner of the apartment being listed and will be the landlord and point of contact for anything you may need. My wife and I used to live in this apartment but have since moved to a different neighborhood so we've been renting it to tenants ever since.

I've personally rented from landlords who were nightmares to deal with for one reason or another and I have a lot of pride in providing a great living experience. Should there ever be an issue within the apartment, I will arrange for a professional contractor or specialist who will immediately address it.
