You will be close to several local Williamsburg hot spots, coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store all within a 2 block radius. It's easy and fast to get to Manhattan (12mins via subway). You'll be close to McCarren Park, and it's a short 14min walk to Domino Park on the waterfront. Just one block away from the L and G subway stations.
The space:
My apartment is an open floor-plan, single floor layout including the kitchen, dining, living and office. The center of the main room features a large kitchen island with four counter stools. The primary bedroom, featuring a king size bed, has large corner windows and ensuite bathroom. There are two small patios, one attached to the living room and primary bedroom and one in the guest bedroom. The apt is on the 4th floor, with elevator access.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire apartment but please respect the clearly marked locked closets/cabinets.
Other things to note:
Please make yourself at home but please keep in mind that this is my full-time “forever” home — not a hotel — so please respect it and my things inside. I’m happy to answer any questions via message, or in person, if needed.
About This Lister
My name is Scott, I'm in my 30s, a graphic/web designer and developer living in Williamsburg Brooklyn. I love my hood and happy to give advice while you're here within things to do. When I'm home, I'm mostly working from the apt so I built my corner window desk. I also went ahead and designed and built my bed's tilted backboard and side shelves. I also designed the wallpaper in the entry and bathroom.
I will be traveling during the listed availability time and I'm hoping to find someone wonderful (or a family) to sublet my primary/only home while visiting New York City. I'm not looking to make a business out of this - but I've been a SuperHost on AirBnb and take hospitality seriously, so the home will be clean and welcoming for your arrival.
Lister's Relationship to the Space

- No more than four guests/people in the apt
- No events, gatherings or parties allowed
- No pets
- 50% deposit upon reservation and the other 50% before arrival.
- You will agree to pay for any damages to the apartment or my things in the apartment
- Four night minimum at $380/night*
- At least one week, rate is $285/night*
Prices are for two people, if up to four are included, costs will go up to reflect the additional people. $50/person/night for the one or two additional people. I’m happy to work out specific rates for specific timeframes, just let me know your situation!
