The unit is in a new building with a great set of amenities—a roof deck with city views, a residents’ lounge, and a small but well-equipped gym. It’s newly furnished and has modern finishes throughout, including modern appliances for those who love to cook, an in-unit washer and dryer, a soaking tub, and central heating and A/C. Comes with fast wifi!

The building sits on two bus lines and near two e-bike stations, and it’s just a five-minute bike ride to Caltrain if you’re heading to the South Bay. Potrero Hill’s 18th Street corridor is a quick walk away—it’s full of great spots like Chez Maman Est and Plow, along with boutiques, cafés, and tree-lined streets. The Mission, SoMa, and Dogpatch are all just a short bike ride from the apartment too.
