It's in a very centrally located and well-connected area: just 8 minutes walk from Old Street station (zone 1) connecting you to Covent Garden and Oxford Circus, and 25 minutes walk into The City; as well as being a 10 minute walk to the canal with all its cafes; 10 minutes walk to Hoxton and Shoreditch, famous for the street art, bars, cafes, and markets; and round the corner from historic Clerkenwell (the backdrop to Oliver Twist and nowadays containing the world's highest concentration of architects and designers). Basically, you're surrounded by all the best parts of London whether you want a cultural day out, a great restaurant and cocktails or beer, or a relaxing night in with a local takeaway!

This is my home rather than a generic rental apartment and I'm looking for a respectful tenant who will treat it as their home too whilst I travel for a couple of months.

I can be flexible on the start date and extend the stay if the situation is right for us both.
