Escape to the Hudson Valley this winter and spring. Set on 27 secluded acres with panoramic views of pastoral landscapes, this beautifully designed home offers both high-end comfort and the warmth of a countryside retreat. With a spacious open floorplan, four bedrooms including a children’s room with a crib (no adult bed), plus a bonus bunk room for extra guests, our house is well-suited for families or small groups. There are three full bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen fully stocked with appliances and cooking gear, laundry, heat and central A/C, as well as a home gym with a treadmill and weights.

For working from home, there are two dedicated setups including a private office downstairs. Outside, a fenced-in yard makes it easy for pets, while a private nature trail winds through the property. We also have an awesome fire pit for bonfires and roasting marshmallows. Our home is near some of the Hudson Valley’s best nature walks and hiking, and just minutes from charming shopping towns. Rhinebeck, Hudson, and Millerton are all about 20 minutes away, Great Barrington is 30 minutes, and Pine Plains is just 10 minutes down the road.

We are looking for a responsible person, couple, or family who values clear communication and will enjoy and care for our home as much as we do. Pets are welcome with a cleaning fee, and all utilities are included.

$5,000/month (utilities included) dates are flexible for the right renter.

About This Lister

We (Adam- he/him and Emma- she/her) are a former New York City couple now based full-time in the Hudson Valley. We have two rescue Chihuahuas and welcome to our first child in 2024. We love hiking, nature, cooking at home and movie nights.

This is our beloved family home that we will be renting while we go spend time with family so we just want someone who will treat the home as we would while we are away. We will be the direct point of contact throughout the listing and will be showing the space.
