Rate: $4900/ month stay or $2750/ (for 2 week stay)
*2 week stay minimum but preference would be for 1 month stay
A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, and the remaining 50% upon check-in.
$200 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the security deposit. This is standard for professional cleaning in NYC. You will receive the apartment professionally cleaned as well.
A refundable security deposit of ($4900/ month stay or $2750/ (for 2 week stay) is due upon check-in. As long as everything is left in the same condition as it was found, the entire deposit will be returned at the end of the lease.
A simple sublease contract will be required + I will need a copy of your passport or ID and I will also provide my ID. This is for mutual security and in the best interest of both parties.
