About This Lister

We are two graphic designers who have worked from home for the last 4 years. We're neat, clean, and organized, and are looking for like-minded tenant(s) who will take good care of our space.

We've put much thought and love into making this apartment our sanctuary–one with greenery, visual inspiration, and plenty of room to cook memorable dishes.

Our walks around Cooper are the best way to start the day, and we enjoy ending it with a wine on the roof. We love the vibrant restaurant scene in Williamsburg and very much value the proximity to not only the waterfront but also Manhattan.

DISCOUNT FOR PET CARE

We would love to rent to someone who is okay with having our cat on-site. She is a low-maintenance, chatty old lady. Has her own auto feeder and is not allowed to sleep in the room. She sleeps 18 hours a day and loves getting pet. She will need minimal pet sitting: changing her water, giving her pets/snuggles as needed, and changing the litterbox.

We will provide a $400/month discount on the short-term sublet if you can pet sit, reducing the rate to $5,100/month. This is only applicable for the short-term lease between November and February.
