I’m listing my studio apartment that I used for work when in town. You’re high enough to see the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge, the East River, and the whole skyline, it’s pretty magical at night.

The Space:

Fully Furnished: It’s move-in ready with a brand-new Queen bed (an actually comfortable mattress with wool mattress topper), a boucle modern couch, and a dining table for two.

It has an in-unit washer and dryer.

The building is only a few years old, so everything is clean. It has hardwood floors, central air, and nice ambient lighting.

The Kitchen: A real kitchen with a full-sized fridge, oven, and electric stovetop.

The Bathroom: Full-sized tub and shower.

There is no closet but there is a dresser and I can add a standing rack if you need it!

The Building:

It’s a super chill, quiet sanctuary above the city. Even though it's right by the Manhattan Bridge, the windows are double-paned and it’s a high floor, so you don't hear a thing.

Amenities: There’s a rooftop with 360 views of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Security: 24/7 digital front desk and daily Doorman, fob entry, elevator access, and a secure package room. The staff here is really helpful, too.

Everything is high-end and very well-kept.

The Neighborhood:
You’re walkable to everything in DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, and Vinegar Hill. It’s a 2-minute walk to the York Street station (F, A, and C lines). You’ve got art galleries, great coffee shops, top restaurants (some with insane views) and the best Pilates studio in Brooklyn (Ritual Moves) right around the corner.

Facetime required for booking. Plus refundable deposit to hold and payment upfront once booked.
