The location is very convenient, steps away from Pratt Institute and in close vicinity of great restaurants, coffeeshops, schools, playgrounds, and Fort Greene Park. Prospect Park is also not far. The Clinton-Washington C and G train stations are two blocks away.

We are looking for someone clean, professional, and respectful. The apartment is fully furnished.
