Hello! I’m a Los Angeles local, and my home is now open to you! What I love most about this space is how peaceful and connected to nature it feels all while being just two minutes from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, live music, Vidiots Theater, taco spots… everything I love about LA. My favorite part of living here is taking walks through the hilly streets of Mount Washington, a simple daily joy. Kite Hill, Elyria Canyon, and Bob Scholfield Park are true hidden gems of the city. I love this dream house, and I hope you do too.

We're looking for a great tenant who will take good care of this home! First month's rent and a 1 month security deposit are due at lease signing. We'll ask for proof of income as part of the application process. The home is smoke-free and pet-free.
