I am looking for a NYC or Brooklyn stay for the dates of 7/25-8/14. I will be gone from LA 7/15-8/14 in case you wanted to stay here the full month. All dates flex.

My 14 yr old friendly cat will be here, so watching him needs to be part of the deal. :)

Front outdoor patio to enjoy the Sunrise views.
Dining room converted into office space.
Full Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove.
Walking distance to many places in Silverlake and Echopark, including both reservoirs.
