I have a beautiful 2-bedroom apt right on Main St. in the most adorable village of Catskill, NY. Directly across from Hudson, NY. My apt is accessible to Amtrak in Hudson, only 8 min drive away. The front side faces Main Street, directly across from Hemlock, voted one of the country's #10 bars. And the back side, the bedroom side, faces the Catskill Creek with Catskill Mountain views.

I am looking for a regular swap - a way to be both in the city and up here on an ongoing basis. I'd love to do a test with someone and feel out each other's spaces and see if this would be a good fit!

I'm flexible on the dates.

If you are unfamiliar with the village, it's incredibly charming - such a loving and supportive creative community. Lots of great cafes, stores, little micro-breweries, galleries, little radio station, yoga, etc - but even more exciting is that it's in the center of everything - cross the Rip Van Winkle Bridge and you are in Hudson and the larger Hudson Valley Region, or drive 20 minutes up the mountain and you are in the center of all of the Catskill's magical hikes and outdoor adventures! Including skiing/riding in Hunter or Windham or beyond! Kayaking, swimming, etc - everything at your fingertips!

It's a magical place to be! A balanced stimulation to the city!

My apt has a large living room, large dining room, medium kitchen, two bedrooms, one is the main bedroom, and the other is a studio / meditation space.

I did move in a few months ago, it's VERY liveable and put together, but there are still some boxes and stuff around, as I continue to unpack. Happy to give you a tour!
