We have a unique opportunity for a live or live/work stay that offers the charm of small-town life without sacrificing city conveniences.

Our historic 1800s loft in Honesdale, NE Pennsylvania, is the perfect spot. Located right on Main Street just steps from the bus stop to/from NYC, it’s an ideal getaway for those seeking a convenient escape, and possibly the opportunity to test your business offering with an engaged local audience.

The ground floor is an activity space for young kids. The second floor is artist studios and offices. (We've kept one for ourselves but can rent it as well)

The top floor apartment has 3 private bedrooms to accommodate up to six guests (though we recommend 3-4 due to the single bathroom). Because the building is mixed use and is on a commercial strip, we are happy to consider folks that might want to turn one or two bedrooms into workspaces that bring in clients (therapy, massage, PT, etc). The sun-drenched living room overlooks Main Street. Ideal people watching!

No car? No problem! Everything you need is just a short walk away, including charming shops, farm-to-table restaurants, a drugstore, and even a scenic local hike.

Whether your interested in staying for a month or a year, if you're looking for a creative work space, a city escape or a mix of both, we'd love to chat!

Important Notes:

- 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator)
- One bathroom with a clawfoot tub shower
- No stove, but an air fryer and hot plate are provided
- We are open to all manner of long or short term arrangements for the right fit

About This Lister

I work in fashion and event production. My collaborative nature is the fuel for bringing more new life to a small town that is truly excited about the growth it has been experiencing over the last decade.

If you'd like to offer your talents on Main Street, I use our social media as well as the local chamber of commerce to promote our tenants.

My husband and a I will personally video meet with all interested parties to see if we're a good fit and determine how we can help each other to make this space great both for the tenants and the community. For someone invested in staying, we're happy to consider changes to help the space suit your long term needs.

We love our building and want our tenants to as well!

Rental requirements

We are prepared to be very flexible for the right fit. Please tell us about yourself, the purpose of your stay, how you will use the space and if you'd like to consider office space as well. We will create a lease based on your stay.

We are happy to consider long term tenants. The space will be furnished for all stays under one year. If you'd like to stay over a year we can offer furnished or unfurnished.

Includes one professional cleaning per month plus all utilities including wifi and trash pick up.

2nd FLOOR OFFICES

Move in requires payment of first, last and one month deposit.

Pets Policy

Dogs under 25 lbs with approval and additional deposit. No cats unless you'd like a one year lease, please.
