Lister's Relationship to the Space

I own the Condo Units with my parents.

Rental requirements

To be seriously considered as an eligible Renter, please write an Email by answering:
a. Why you are moving
b. What will keep you in Brooklyn in this area
c. Something more about you, what you do and why you wish to live here.

After your viewing of the Unit, please be ready to:
- Provide proof of income
- Proof of financial viability with credit check that Renter must pay and provide copy prior to signing the lease
- Provide references of past 4 years of residence leasing
Non-specific or generic inquiries will get lower priority and/or will not be replied.

No Smokers or Vapers are eligible = Hardwired Smoke Alarms will buzz.

General Lease terms:
- Security deposit of month’s rent
- Renter’s Insurance for full coverage according to lease terms
- Signed lease for a minimum of one full year and renewal upon consideration
- Condo-Building-Required $200 Move-in Fee as one-time fee.
- Payment of all transactions through a free service of a vendor’s payment system with no hidden fees or costs
- $750 Pet deposit for each pet.

Pets Policy

Building permits Pets and has a Pet Cleaning Station in basement and a Roof Deck for movement but must be on leash at all times.

Lease terms include Pets under certain conditions and terms, including a deposit of $750 for each Pet (dog or cat).

Weight limit of 50 lbs per Pet.
Max of 2 Pets.
