Not your usual sublet, but I thought I'd take my shot. I'm a writer with a house in New Haven and an apartment in northern Manhattan, both fully furnished. Posting this j-u-u-u-u-s-t in case there might be someone who would like to spend a few months (dates flex) sharing them with me. Both have two bedrooms, so you'd have your own space, and depending on our schedules, we may not be on the same property all that often. The house in New Haven is two blocks from the water in a historic New Haven neighborhood, and a short Uber or 20-minute walk from Amtrak or Metro North. Driveway has parking and EV charging. West Haven beaches and awesome New Haven pizza are a short bike ride away. Manhattan apt is in a pre-war building, large and convenient to both Columbia and the West Side highway. Price includes basic utilities (incl wifi) at both. If it worked out, there might be a possibility to extend.
