20-unit Art Studio/Creative Workspace is on Myrtle Ave near the Bushwick/Ridgewood border, less than 100 yards from the Myrtle/Wyckoff L and M train station and along the B54 and Q55 bus routes.

MYRTLE LIGHT STUDIOS is located on the ground and first(Top) floors of the same building as MIXTAPE CAFE. Ten of the 20 new ground-floor studios, including the new retail space for rent on Myrtle Ave, have private patios. The building has an ADA-accessible elevator and restroom. It includes a shared backyard garden, alley space, and a painter's slop sink in the common area. 24/7 access.

TERM: 3-month minimum, then Month-to-Month.

PRIVATE ART STUDIOS:
The studios are 176-210 square feet(indoors) and have 10.5 to 14-foot ceilings. Units are still available on the ground floor, which features private 8x7 ft patios.

$2,250/month: Retail space with a walk-up Myrtle Ave sidewalk-accessible window counter and a 119sf(17'x7') PRIVATE gated patio and factory-style chicken wire glass double-door entry accessible from the Myrtle Ave sidewalk. The space is 130 sq ft indoors and 119 sq ft outdoors, for a total of 249 sq ft. The unit includes a private restroom and sink and is outfitted with plenty of electricity and outlets for an electric kitchen.
