I am looking to sublet my one bedroom unit with direct access to a spacious
backyard in Bronx Little Italy. There are only 4 units in the building and it is quiet
and quaint. There is free laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers) in the basement. The
entire building was recently renovated so everything is new.
The unit has approximately 10 foot tall ceilings, top of the line stainless steel
appliances, hi-hat overhead lighting and a spacious bathroom with a 60-inch
bathtub.
I have about 9 months left on my lease so I am looking for someone to take over
the entire lease term. My landlord will also be willing to substitute a new tenant
on the lease so it will be easier for me going forward

I have lived in the Belmont section of the Bronx for many years
having studied at Fordham University and choosing to remain there after
graduation. I love its proximity to Manhattan and the New York Botanical
Gardens. I am a nature enthusiast and enjoy long runs in the Botanical Gardens.
