My Husband and I are the sole Owners/Landlords and reside on the first floor of the property. We will be showing the apartment and will be the contact persons. There will also be a six month walk through of the apartment with a 24 hour notice. For security we require that ONLY the tenants have keys to the apartment.

Requirements are as follows: Two Original government IDs such as a Passport and Drivers License, three most recent pay slips and two forms of references are also required. There will be credit checks at the Landlord's expense. One Month's rent and one month's security is required before moving into the apartment.
