Live theater as well as live music and dance performances are within 5 miles. Hudson is 12 miles away and the Berkshires are 20 miles away.
The apt is on the first floor but is not wheelchair accessible. It is in the front of the house and accessed by the front door. Residents will enjoy a large front porch that will be theirs exclusively.
The apt has a mudroom, foyer with a coat closet, a large bedroom with a big closet, a large living room with a ceiling fan, and eat-in kitchen with a new fridge and microwave. The kitchen has a washer and drier and a newly tiled counter

We can show the property when convenient for all parties involved. We will provide an application to interested parties and ask for 3 references. We will provide a one year lease that can be renewed annually. The damage deposit is one month's rent unless the renter has a pet in which case it is an additional $500.
Pets Policy
1 pet is allowed, however the tenant will need to cover the newly polished wood floors with rugs in order to protect them from their pet.
