I am out of town for a couple weeks and I am hoping to find someone to sublet my one bedroom Willamsburg apartment while I am gone.

The apartment (although a basement apartment) gets a ton of natural light. The amenities are brand new. There is a stainless steel fridge, a dishwasher in unit, an electric stove, and two ACs. There are 2 washers and dryers in the building (right around the corner from the unit).

There is a sister building that you would have access to, with a great rooftop with gorgeous views Manhattan. It’s a 1 minute walk from the apartment. There is a gym and a pool table in that building that you can access as well.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk away from the Graham stop on the L, and a 5 minute walk away from McGolrick park.

I’m hoping to find someone who can stay for the entire time I am away but I am also open to weekly rentals. The $925 per week rate would include utilities.
