Hello everyone!
My husband and I are looking to sublet our apartment while we will be in Europe this summer!
The apt is available from June 12th until August 23nd (flexible dates but we'd rather find someone for the whole time or most of it)
It's a nice, comfortable 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor of a 6 unit building on a calm block in Bedstuy, just minutes away from the J or L trains.
The cross streets are Bainbridge St. and Thomas S Boyland St.
The J train is a 3 to 4-minute walk away and you'll be in Williamsburg in 15 min (Marcy stop) and Manhattan in 20 min (Essex-Delancey)! The L train (Bushwick-Aberdeen) is just 15 minutes by foot! We are also one stop away from Broadway Junction with a lot of trains
Perfect for remote work, for a vacation or going to other parts of Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens for a single person or a couple!
The apt is fully furnished. [Our personal things will be in the other closed room.]
When you get here you'll find:

- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge
- 1 bedroom, rear-facing, so it's very quiet! with a closet and dresser

We are asking for 2600/month + deposit ($2600)
Utilities are not included (around $80-150/month depending on AC) and the deposit will be returned after inspection of the apartment when we come back on August 24th.
June's rent $2000, July's rent $2600, August's rent $2000
Total $6600 + deposit
To hold/secure the sublet, we ask for the deposit and 1st month; then, the 2nd month will have to be paid the day of moving in/prior, the last month will have to be paid on July 1st
A standard/simple/regular contract will be signed between the renter and us for mutual safety + copies of our respective ID
no pets, no smoking, no parties
