This is a second floor walk up 3 bedroom apartment. There is one bathroom and a fully furnished living area. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the G Train and 10 mins walk from the J/M/Z. The room is spacious, has a big walk-in closet and gets plenty of light overlooking our back garden. We also have an in unit washer and dryer in the basement. 



You would be living with two roommates, two guys in their twenties, Cian works in film and Takura is an artist.

About This Lister

Im an actor from Kentucky working here as a barista. You would be living with a painter and a filmmaker. They are very chill and keep to themselves. The apartment will be mostly empty as they are busy throughout the day. We keep a tidy and respectful living space and contribute to shared living essentials such as dish soap and toilet paper.
